Ragavender Lakshman Rao is a highly experienced Senior QA Performance Test Specialist with over 11 years of experience in the Quality Assurance domain. He has a wide range of expertise in Performance and Test Automation fields and is currently seeking a challenging environment where he can lead teams in both technical and process-level aspects. Ragavender holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Chennai Freshers Jobs and Jaya Engineering College. Throughout his career, Ragavender has provided Performance testing services and has been involved in performance tuning for more than 50 applications. He has conducted PoC's for dozens of applications and has wide experience in performing Security Testing (UIV/Pen Testing) for about 35+ applications and Automation Testing. He has worked on projects for various business domains, including Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing, HR, Purchasing, Transport, and Banking Applications. Ragavender has also worked on an Agile Performance/Automation Testing project for Order Bank Applications, which has a complex integrated application architecture. Ragavender has a vast range of tool expertise, including Load Runner, JMeter, Dynatrace, HP Diagnostics, and DevOps Tools. He is proficient in HP Web Inspect and has worked with App Dynamics, Microsoft Visual Studio (C# and Visual Basic), VSTS in Azure Cloud, JMeter, SOASTA, HP Load Runner (All Versions)/Shunra/Diagnostics (Have worked in more than 5 Protocols including Mobile Performance Testing), HP Performance Center, HP Web Inspect, HP ALM (For maintaining Defects), and Perfecto (Mobile Application Performance Testing tool). Ragavender is also skilled in programming languages such as C, C++, JAVA, C#, COBOL, JCL, Python, VSAM, and CICS. He has experience working with databases such as DB2 and SQL Server. Prior to his current role at WPP, Ragavender worked with Ford Technologies as a Software Analyst and Software Engineer. He led a major Agile Performance project for the company for about 2+ years and had successfully provided the deliverables. In this project, he also had experience working with other testing types such as Automation (QTP) and Integration Testing. Additionally, he had been working on Security Testing for the same company as a Lead, handling requests globally using HP Web Inspect tool.
